Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Cuddeat Game Studios website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or access our website. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cuddeat Game Studios, located at Merrion Square 232, Cork, Ireland.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to game configurations, visualizer tools, source code, graphics, logos, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Cuddeat Game Studios. Our Game Configurator and Trading Visualizer technologies are protected by international copyright laws and proprietary rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any portion of our services without express written permission.

Any user-generated content submitted through our platforms grants Cuddeat Game Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content for service improvement and quality assurance purposes.

Premium Service Terms

Our premium subscription services, including the advanced Game Configurator features and Trading Visualizer analytics, are subject to separate subscription agreements. The 2399$ premium discount offer is valid for new subscribers only and cannot be combined with other promotions. Premium features may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice to enhance functionality or comply with regulatory requirements.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Cuddeat Game Studios reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

Limitation of Liability

Cuddeat Game Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our gaming configurators or visualizers.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cork, Ireland. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
